I’m a Chief Technology Officer with more than 25 years of experience building, leading, and modernizing technology organizations where reliability, trust, and accountability matter most.
Today, I serve as CTO for a law enforcement agency in Georgia, where I focus on aligning technology strategy with public safety outcomes. Previously, I was a Senior Specialist Solutions Architect at AWS and the Chief Information Officer for a law enforcement agency in Florida. Along the way, I’ve also held executive leadership roles in two technology companies, giving me perspective across public sector, enterprise cloud, and private industry.
My work centers on three things: setting a clear and practical technology vision, developing strong leaders and teams, and building durable foundations that scale. I believe technology should enable people to do their best work—securely, efficiently, and with confidence.
